How do I create my NitroEx account?

Creating a new account on NitroEx is simple and takes about a minute to complete the entire sign-up process.

To get started, click the “Register” button at the top right of the NitroEx home page.

Enter the following details and ensure that all the information provided is correct and valid.

Your first name

Your middle name

Your last name

Your email address

Your phone number with country code

Your password

Make sure that you create a strong password for your account.The password should be a minimum of eight characters in length with both uppercase and lowercase letters. Include at least one symbol and a special character.  ! # $ @ _ ' + , ? [ ] . -)

What are the steps for KYC verification?

NitroEx takes extra security measures to protect your account information and personal details. KYC verification enables us to identify traders and ensure transparency and trust.

The KYC process is divided into four sections:

1. Profile Information

  • First Name
  • Middle Name
  • Last Name
  • Date of Birth
  • National ID card
  • Country

2. Address Information

  • Your City
  • Zip Code
  • Full address

3. Identity Verification

You need to provide us with any of these government-issued ID for further identification. 

  • Nationality Card
  • Driver Licence
  • Passport

Upload the clear front and back scanned pictures of your identity card.

4. Selfie Verification

Upload a selfie from your computer or camera. The selfie should not be blurred and should display your full face.

5. KYC Verification

Submit your account details and wait for NitroEx to approve and send confirmation on your KYC request.

Please ensure that the details are correct and valid. In case any wrong information is provided, you will not be able to register on NitroEx and your account will not be verified for cryptocurrency trading.

How can I verify my email address?

After the sign-up process, you will be sent a confirmation email on your email address.

Click the “Activate” button in the email to finish your account registration. If you do not see the email from NitroEx, please check your spam folder.

The email verification will successfully redirect you to the NitroEx login page. Enter your login credentials and start trading cryptocurrencies with NitroEx.

What can I do if my verified email expires?

Verified emails do not expire unless there are no deliberate actions taken by the user. If any suspicious activities are detected by our administration, your account may be temporarily blocked. In a few cases where we notice that the account has been completely compromised, we can also block the account permanently.

If your account is blocked for some other reason, you need to contact our support team and prove your actions with rightful explanations.

Steps for my first login?

After you have successfully created your NitroEx account, you will receive a verification link on your email.

Click on the link and you will be redirected to the NitroEx login page.

Enter your email address, password and click on the Sign-in button.

You will then be landing on the official NitroEx Home page. Check the market insights, choose your preferred cryptocurrency and market pairs and start trading!

How can I change my surname?

To update your surname listed on your NitroEx account, you’ll need to go to and follow these instructions:

Click on My Profile tab.

Navigate to the KYC Verification page. 

Enter your name.

Complete the steps to verify your identity along with an official ID document.

Submit your surname change request.

The NitroEx security team will verify your identity, personal details and would change your surname thereafter.

I can't see my referral on my referral list?

The NitroEx Referral Program lets you earn bonuses for each successful referrals registered to your trading account. However, if you are unable to see your referrals on the list there may be a few possible reasons:

  • Chances are that your friend hasn’t joined the NitroEx community yet.
  • Your friend must have signed up before clicking on your referral link.
  • He/She might have received links from other NitroEx users and used it to sign up instead of clicking on your link.
  • Your friend must be on NitroEx before your invitation.

How can I change my notification settings?

Notifications are an effective way to inform you about the latest changes. If you wish to change alerts related to your NitroEx trading account, please follow these steps.

1. Click on My Profile tab.

2. Go to the Notifications Settings.

For Account Notifications:

Select an option: Only Email, Only SMS, SMS and Email, NONE. You will be notified based on these selections.

You can select account notifications settings for these situations:

  • Successful log-in to your account.
  • Unsuccessful log-in attempt to your account.
  • Account limitation due to too many wrong log-in attempts.
  • Password change.

Withdraw Notifications

1. Select an option: Only Email, Only SMS, SMS and Email, NONE. You will be notified based on these selections.

2. You can select withdraw notifications settings for these situations:

  • Crypto withdraw request generated
  • Crypto withdraw request approved
  • Crypto withdraw request failed

Deposit Notifications

1. Select an option: Only Email, Only SMS, SMS and Email, NONE. You will be notified based on these selections.

2. You can select deposit notifications settings for these situations:

  • Crypto deposited to your account.
  • Crypto deposit failed for some reason.
